Born and raised in Kondharki, Taluka Pandharpur, District Solapur, Swaraj grew up with deep respect for grassroots community solidarity. Growing up in a rural-urban transitional region instilled in him a direct understanding of the daily hardships faced by ordinary families and students seeking higher education.

Engineering Student First: Analytical Leadership
Swaraj is currently pursuing his B.Tech degree (second year). Rather than treating politics as empty rhetoric, he approaches student representation with the rigorous, diagnostic mindset of an engineering student: identify the root cause, assemble verified evidence, draft actionable petitions, and follow through until the issue is solved.
